Magali Pascal is designed in our Head Office in Bali, Indonesia, and produced in Indonesia.

All orders are shipped to you from our Dispatch Warehouse in Bali, Indonesia. Please see our Returns Policy and Procedures page for our full terms and conditions. (Please note you are currently on our Indonesia website, please go to magalipascal.com if you are not in Indonesia)

 

  • PRICING

    All pricing across id.magalipascal.com is in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

  • ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

    We endeavour to pick, pack and ship your purchases within 24 - 48 hours of order placement.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERIES ARE NOT PICKED UP DURING THE WEEKENDS OR INDONESIAN PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, including BALI PUBLIC HOLIDAYS (eg. Nyepi and Galungan)

    In the event of any SALE/promotional events, the shipment of your order may take longer than usual.

    All customers will receive a tracking number once their order has left our Dispatch Warehouse. All Indonesian orders are dispatched with JnT Express 

  • SHIPPING RATES

    Shipping cost will be added at the checkout. For international orders, please email online@magalipascal in advance.

  • SHIPPING ADDRESS

    To ensure you receive your order safely and successfully, all our parcels must be signed for upon delivery.

    We suggest using a business hours address where possible. If you wish for your parcel to be sent to a work address, we advise that you enter an address that is easily accessible to the courier – e.g.: Reception or Mailroom.

    Magali Pascal will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit or experience failed delivery attempts for any reason.

  • TAX AND DUTIES

    Magali Pascal takes no responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed during the importation into your local government.

    All taxes and duties differ between countries and states and therefore we are unable to provide estimated costs before delivery. These costs are made at the discretion of your local postal service and are out of our control.

    While we will endeavour to inform all our customers regarding relevant import restrictions that we are aware of. Understanding such restrictions and the payment of any associated costs is considered the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver.

    For further information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.

    No refund is provided for any orders that are refused by customers once arrived in a destination country.
