This Mother’s Day, we came together with long time friends of the brand to celebrate the shared experience of motherhood.

Captured in style, Kelly Ariella, Priscilla Melrose, Appoline Lepina, and Polina Sova shared reflections on their journeys as mothers and women.

Alongside their stories, they shared glimpses of everyday life with their children, and the personal growth that came with.

Has motherhood influenced the way you express yourself through fashion or personal style?

“More pockets and more practicality, more flat shoes, and more ponytails, more comfortable.
The amount of pockets I need to have when I fly right now is like cargo style.” - Polina
What’s the funniest thing your child has ever said to you?

“When he says cucumber, he doesn’t say cucumber. He says ‘chicken boom’. The firrst time I heard it I was like, what do you want? Like ‘chicken boom, boom, boom chicken’. Like what do you mean?

And another is ‘I love you’ in Ukrainian, it’s ‘ya tebe lyublyu.’ And he says ‘ya tabe bubu’, ‘bubu’. And this bubu is so, so cute all the time when he’s saying this, I love it.” - Appoline
What’s something you wish people talked more about when it comes to motherhood?

“What I really underestimated is post partum, it really shook me. It almost feel like a small trauma I still didn’t deal with. I remember so well, little issues would build up so much stress and you feel guilty because you want to be happy that you have a newborn.

I really feel people don’t talk about this enough.” - Pris
What have your children taught you?

“I feel like he’s continuously teaching me everyday about myself and how far I can go, like my limits.

At the same time, you’re parenting, but they’re also parenting you. I feel like you’re re-parenting yourself as to how you want your child to see the world.” - Kelly
