By purchasing from Magali Pascal Online Indonesia (id.magalipascal.com), you acknowledge and agree to our return & refund policy.

If you wish to return an item, please see below for details and instructions of Magali Pascal return policy and procedures. (Please note you are currently on our Indonesia website, please go to magalipascal.com if you placed your orders on our global website)

 

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    Product sold from id.magalipascal.com is shipped to you from our Dispatch Warehouse in Bali, Indonesia. As such, Magali Pascal products sold on the website and in our Bali stores comply with the consumer laws of Indonesia.

    When placing your order with Magali Pascal, you automatically agree to all information below.

    Magali Pascal has the right to refuse any return merchandise within reason. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with tags attached and in pristine condition.

    Successful return requests for items purchased online are eligible for online store credits.

    As our Bali Stores and Online Store are separate entities, we cannot accept cross returns or exchanges.

    Please see the below "Online Returns" or "Store Returns" tabs for the returns process most relevant to your situation.

  • ONLINE RETURNS


    Return Eligibility

    • Full Price Items: Eligible for a full refund, size exchange, or online store credit.
    • Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange due to sizing or fit issues. In cases of a manufacturing defect, items may be returned for online store credit only, subject to severity of the defect and further inspection.
    • Final Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for return or exchange due to sizing or fit issues. Please note that minor imperfections may not qualify for return or online store credit, given the heavily discounted nature of these archival item.

    Please read these terms and conditions carefully before initiating your return. By initiating your return, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.


    All return requests must be made within 14 days from the date you receive your order, and require a Returns Authority Form. RA Forms are provided once returns have been formally authorized via your online Magali Pascal account.

    • Our Online Store does not offer cash refunds. The refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
    • Unless an item experiences a manufacturing error, we do not accept any return/exchange requests on SALE items purchased online.
    • Full Price Items are eligible for a full refund, exchange or online store credit.
    • We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
    • Online store credits are applied to the customer’s Magali Pascal account. Any and all shipping fees are not reimbursed.
    • If you require a different size, you will need to return your item for an online store credits. You can then use this to purchase your correct sizing. *Note: Sizing is subject to product availability.
    • Purchases made with store credits cannot be returned.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable & all costs for shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns may only be authorized if the customer pays for all shipping and duties both directions.
    • If we do not receive your returned item(s) within 30 days from the date your return request was approved, your return will be cancelled, and no refund or store credit will be issued.
    • Magali Pascal is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit. If the parcel is lost or undelivered, no refund or store credit will be issued. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.



    Your Magali Pascal Account can be accessed via the email address used to place your original order.

    STAGES OF YOUR RETURN

    1. Initiate Return

    This can be done by logging in to your Magali Pascal customer account or by clicking this button below.

    Returns Center

    2. Return Authorised

    Once we have reviewed and approved your initiated return request, we will authorise it and send you your mandatory RA form.
    You may then prepare to send your parcel to our Returns Team.
    Please be sure to to include a copy of your RA form with your return item.
    Once posted, please email our customer service team at online@magalipascal.com with a tracking number.

    Please ship the item(s) at the latest 7 calendar days after you receive email from us regarding return instructions. Exceeding this return shipment window will be considered as canceling at all the return request.

    3. Return Received

    We will notify you once we have received your parcel and if it has been approved by our Returns Team.

    4. Online Store Credits Issued

    Once approved, we will issue your Magali Pascal Account with your Online Store Credits. Use this to purchase your correct size or a new item.
    Please keep your receipts/invoices as customers may be asked for proof of purchase.

    INITIATING AND POSTING YOUR RETURN

    1. Log in to your Magali Pascal Account.
    2. Find and select ‘Completed Orders’.
    3. Select the order# containing the item you wish to return and click ‘Return Item(s)’.
    4. Fill in the relevant information regarding your return and nominate Online Store Credits.
    5. We will assess your Return Request and contact once it has been authorized. Please do NOT send back your return prior to authorization. Any returns sent back without authorization will be rejected.
    6. Once authorized, you may send back your parcel. We recommend you use a reputable courier company or by a registered express mail service. Please be sure to email online@magalipascal.com with the postal tracking number so that we may monitor the safe journey to our Returns Team.

    Return Address will be provided in email notification sent to you.

    WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

    When the return has been delivered to our Returns Department, please allow up to 3-5 business days for our team to quality check and approve the return garment.


    The Online Store Credits to the value of your original purchase will be applied to approved returns. You may order your correct sizing or purchase a new item. You will receive an email notification when this has been processed.

    Please note:

    • Any and all returns sent back without an authorised online return request and a Return Authority Request form will not be accepted or processed and will be destroyed onsite.
    • Any and all returns are sent back at the customer's own risk.
    • Magali Pascal is not liable for parcels that are lost in transit.
    • Please note that the returns postage will be that of the customer’s own expense and will not be reimbursed.

     

  • BALI STORE RETURNS

    Please email: balisales@magalipascal.com for your return inquiry. Our Bali stores cannot accept return parcels, please do not ship any returned items to any of our Bali Stores' address.

Delivery Refusal

If you refuse the shipment upon arrival/delivery, your order will not be eligible for a refund because the seller has fulfilled their obligation to deliver, and the refusal is a buyer's decision, not a failure on the seller's part.

 

Gift Card & Store Credit Policy

  • If you received a Gift Card or Store Credit, please adhere to the expiration date stated on the card. You can check this by clicking the link in the email sent to you or by logging into your account (account-id.magalipascal.com) with your email address.
  • If no expiration date is stated on the Gift Card or Store Credit, it can be used at any time.
  • Gift Cards and Store Credit from an order or purchase from the Magali Pascal Indonesia website are only valid on the same website, using the account associated with the original purchase.
  • Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be extended or reissued.
