By purchasing from Magali Pascal Online Indonesia (id.magalipascal.com), you acknowledge and agree to our return & refund policy.

 

If you wish to return an item, please see below for details and instructions of Magali Pascal return policy and procedures. (Please note you are currently on our Indonesia website, please go to www.magalipascal.com if you placed your orders on our International website)

 

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION


    1. Product sold from id.magalipascal.com is shipped to you from our Dispatch Warehouse in Bali, Indonesia. As such, Magali Pascal products sold on the Indonesia website and in our Bali stores comply with the consumer laws of Indonesia.
    2. When placing your order with Magali Pascal, you’ve agreed to all terms & conditions below.
    3. Magali Pascal has the right to refuse any return merchandise within reason. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with tags attached and in pristine condition.
    4. Items returned without tags will not be accepted. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (top, bottom, one-piece), jewellery and accessories (except Shoes).
    5. Successful return requests for items purchased online are eligible for online store credits.
    6. As our Bali Stores and Online Store are separate entities, we cannot accept cross returns or exchanges.
    7. Please see the below "Online Returns" or "Store Returns" tabs for the returns process most relevant to your situation.

     

  • ONLINE RETURNS


    Return Eligibility

     

    • Full Price Items: Eligible for a full refund, size exchange, or online store credit.
    • Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange due to sizing or fit issues. In cases of a manufacturing defect, items may be returned for online store credit only, subject to severity of the defect and further inspection.
    • Final Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for return or exchange due to sizing or fit issues. Please note that minor imperfections may not qualify for return or online store credit, given the heavily discounted nature of these archival item.
    • Orders with Discount Codes of 15% or More: Items purchased using a discount code of 15% or greater are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
    • Welcome Discount Orders: Orders placed using the 10% Welcome Discount Code are still eligible for return, in accordance with our other return & refund policy.
    • Purchases made with Online Store Credits or Gift Card are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

    Please read these terms and conditions carefully before initiating your return. By initiating your return, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below:

    • All return requests must be made within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Exceeding this window time will not be eligible for return.
    • Please ship the item(s) at the latest 7 calendar days after you receive email from us regarding return instructions. Exceeding this return shipment window will be considered as cancelling at all the return request.
    • Our Online Store does not offer cash refunds. The refund will be sent back to your original payment method or online store credit.
    • Full Price Items are eligible for a full refund, exchange size or online store credit.
    • Unless an item experiences a manufacturing error, we do not accept any return/exchange requests on SALE & FINAL SALE items purchased online.
    • Online store credits are applied to the customer’s Magali Pascal account. Any and all shipping fees are not reimbursed.
    • If you require a different size, you will need to return your item for an online store credits. You can then use this to purchase your correct sizing. *Note: Sizing is subject to product availability.
    • Purchases made with Online Store Credits & Gift Cards cannot be returned.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable & all costs for shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns postage fee will be that of the customer’s own expense and will not be reimbursed.
    • If we do not receive your returned item(s) within 30 days from the date your return request was approved, your return will be cancelled, and no refund or store credit will be issued.
    • Magali Pascal is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit. If the parcel is lost or undelivered, no refund or store credit will be issued. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

      HOW TO RETURN

       

      1. Initiate Return

      This can be done by logging in to your Magali Pascal customer account or by clicking this button below:

      Any and all returns sent back without an authorised online return request and a approval from us will not be accepted or processed and will be destroyed onsite.

      Note: if you see a warning or are unable to submit your return, your order/item(s) is not eligible for return or refund based on our policy.

      PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept return requests submitted through email, social media, or other communication channels. All return requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal link.


      2. Return Authorised

      Once we have reviewed and approved your initiated return request, we will authorise it and send you instruction of return via email. Return Address will be provided in email notification sent to you.


      Once you return the item(s), please email our customer service team at online@magalipascal.com with a tracking number.


      Please ship the item(s) at the latest 7 calendar days after you receive email from us regarding return instructions. Exceeding this return shipment window will be considered as cancelling at all the return request.

      3. Return Received

      We will notify you once we have received your parcel and if it has been approved by our Returns Team.

      Please allow up to 3-5 business days for our team to quality check and approve the return garment.


      4. Refund or Online Store Credits Issued

      Once approved, we will initiate refund to your original payment method or issue your Magali Pascal Account with your Online Store Credits.

      Please keep your receipts/invoices as customers may be asked for proof of purchase.

       

      Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

       

      In the unlikely event you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at online@magalipascal.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and relevant photos/videos of the item(s) along with a detailed description of your concern. Photos/videos are mandatory for evaluation by our QC team. Claims with unclear or irrelevant imagery will not be processed. Additional videos may be requested for further investigation.

        

    • BALI STORE RETURNS

      Please email: balisales@magalipascal.com for your return inquiry. Our Bali stores cannot accept return parcels, please do not ship any returned items to any of our Bali Stores' address.


    Delivery Refusal

    If you refuse the shipment upon arrival/delivery, your order will not be eligible for a refund because the seller has fulfilled their obligation to deliver, and the refusal is a buyer's decision, not a failure on the seller's part.

     

    Gift Card & Store Credit Policy

    • If you received a Gift Card or Store Credit, please adhere to the expiration date stated on the card. You can check this by clicking the link in the email sent to you or by logging into your account (account-id.magalipascal.com) with your email address.
    • If no expiration date is stated on the Gift Card or Store Credit, it can be used at any time.
    • Gift Cards and Store Credit from an order or purchase from the Magali Pascal Indonesia website are only valid on the same website, using the account associated with the original purchase.
    • Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be extended or reissued.
    • Purchases made with Online Store Credits or Gift Card are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
