  PRICING

  All pricing across id.magalipascal.com is in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with tax included.

   

  DISCOUNT CODE

  The discount code applies only to full-priced items and cannot be used on already discounted items. If your cart contains both full-priced and discounted items, the discount will only be applied to the full-priced items.

  Please read our terms & conditions below for order using discount code, gift card, online store credit:

  • • Orders with Discount Codes of 15% or More: Items purchased using a discount code of 15% or greater are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
    • Welcome Discount Orders: Orders placed using the 10% Welcome Discount Code are still eligible for return, in accordance with our other return & refund policy.
    • Purchases made with Online Store Credits or Gift Card are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

   

• ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

   

  All Indonesian orders are shipped with J&T Express (domestically across cities in Indonesia)

  We aim to pick, pack, and send your order within 1-2 business days after it’s placed. In the event of any SALE/promotional events, the shipment of your order may take longer than usual.

  All customers will receive a tracking number via Email once their order has left our Dispatch Warehouse in Bali, Indonesia.

   

  For customers within Bali, instant delivery via GOJEK is available on request. Please contact us via WhatsApp (+6282236587594) or email online@magalipascal.com before placing your online order if you’d like to use this service. Otherwise, we will send your order via J&T Express.

   

  PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERIES ARE NOT PICKED UP DURING THE WEEKENDS OR INDONESIAN PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, including BALI PUBLIC HOLIDAYS (eg. Nyepi and Galungan)

• SHIPPING ADDRESS

   

  To ensure you receive your order safely and successfully, all our parcels must be signed for upon delivery.

  We suggest using a business hours address where possible. If you wish for your parcel to be sent to a work address, we advise that you enter an address that is easily accessible to the courier – e.g.: Reception or Mailroom.

  Magali Pascal will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit or experience failed delivery attempts for any reason.
