All pricing across id.magalipascal.com is in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with tax included.

DISCOUNT CODE

The discount code applies only to full-priced items and cannot be used on already discounted items. If your cart contains both full-priced and discounted items, the discount will only be applied to the full-priced items.

All Indonesian orders are shipped with J&T Express (domestically across cities in Indonesia)

We aim to pick, pack, and send your order within 1-2 business days after it’s placed. All customers will receive a tracking number via Email once their order has left our Dispatch Warehouse in Bali, Indonesia.

In the event of any SALE/promotional events, both order fulfilment and shipping may take longer than usual due to increased volume.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERIES ARE NOT PICKED UP DURING THE WEEKENDS OR INDONESIAN PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, including BALI PUBLIC HOLIDAYS (eg. Nyepi and Galungan)

To ensure you receive your order safely and successfully, all our parcels must be signed for upon delivery.

We suggest using a business hours address where possible. If you wish for your parcel to be sent to a work address, we advise that you enter an address that is easily accessible to the courier – e.g.: Reception or Mailroom.

Magali Pascal will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit or experience failed delivery attempts for any reason.
